Our unique workouts are based on 60 minutes of interval training. During each session, you will work in a group as you cycle among 12 stations that feature everything from treadmills to weights. We will closely monitor your heart rate to ensure that you stay within your own target heart rate range, which is ideal for a high-calorie burn and a metabolism boosting.
